This is some of the legal stuff I have to say. (This page — like most of my site right now — is being renovated. Sorry if there’s information missing.)
A webinar is an educational experience. Sometimes I use them to make an offer to work with me on a deeper level and sometimes I “just” share information I think viewers will find useful.
I do the best I can to prepare these events with a specific audience in mind but naturally I can’t make any promises of any results. Success is impacted by lots of things and one being your application of the information I share. It might not work for your situation. But then again, it might.
Most people don’t do anything with information shared on a webinar. Be a curve breaker and do something with it.
If I talk about success others have had then that’s success specific to them. You could do better than them or you could do worse. If you don’t do anything things certainly won’t get better.
If I recommend a tool it’s very likely I may get a small commission as a thank you if you buy through a link I share. That extra money helps me build my profitability. Don’t buy something just because I recommend it. Figure out if it will work for you.
And “If you sweat it, don’t get it.” There’s no magic wand, no instant success. So if I offer a course, program, book, or coaching package and you would really struggle to pay for it or you’d have anxiety about recouping the money you spent then please don’t buy it. Feel good about your purchase but know you have to actually use and process the information to see results.
This disclaimer covers free presentations done as interviews, free webinars, live videos, and paid courses.
The following terms and conditions relate to your purchase of, attendance at, and / or participation in events, courses, and programs whether they be free or fee-based.
We’ll refer to them in general as “programs” or “courses”.
By registering for a program you signify your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you have any objections to the Terms and Conditions you should not register for or attend the program.
You understand that I have made every effort to ensure that the information provided in any program accurately represents the program.
There is no guarantee you will earn any money or achieve any specific goal using the techniques, strategies, or information you will learn and be exposed to in the program. Nothing on this website, in my marketing materials, or in the course materials is a promise or guarantee of earnings or achievement.
Your level of success is determined by many factors that include your knowledge, time invested, financial resources, business sense, connections, ability, and timing. Many people — most actually — who pay for a program do nothing with the information. You are fully responsible for your actions and for your results in life and in business.
Any testimonials, case studies, or other examples of success people have had are representations of what THEY did and are designed to serve as examples of what’s possible for you.
Any statements describing a future condition or outcome on this website or in a program are just expectations, forecasts, or possibilities for the future. They are not guarantees or promises of actual results.
Liability Disclaimer – No professional advice being given
The information contained in any course or program cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field you may need specific help in such as mental or physical health, finances and accounting, legal, or business.
I am not providing professional, personal, legal, medical, or financial advice and nothing in any of the programs you may take should be confused or interpreted as such.
I, Winnie Anderson, my assigns, sponsors, speakers, show guests, partners, contractors, or any affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages that result from your participation in or purchase of a program or attendance at an event.
Just so we’re clear: You, the program attendee or buyer, solely are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results, and by your participation in the program, you agree not to attempt to hold Winnie Anderson, any of her speakers, guests, assistants, or partners liable for any decisions, actions, or results you make, take, or experience in business or in life due to your participation in the program you purchase or participate in at any time, under any circumstance.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
You understand that the tools, processes, strategies, and information presented in the program are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Winnie Anderson unless specifically stated otherwise. You therefore agree not to record, duplicate, edit, change, alter, distribute, share, teach, or train from the program materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Winnie Anderson or her assigns.

(And I’m not kidding. My husband is a lawyer.)
Each separate program Winnie offers has its own specific guarantee or return / cancellation policy. Read and review what that is prior to purchase.
In general, there are no returns accepted. Winnie provides digital and virtual programs.
You as a professional are expected to perform your own due diligence and not make a purchase you feel isn’t right for you.
Recorded programs generally have a 7-day cancellation policy. If you cancel after the 7th day you will not receive a refund.
Live events generally have a specific time for you to decide the information isn’t of value for you and you may receive a refund by following the stated process.
Winnie is very clear about who will benefit from a program and who will not. She gives very clear, direct advice and sometimes you may not want to hear what she has to say. You will not receive a refund simply because you disagree with what she’s telling you.
All coaching services, communication, email, messaging, and text messaging, or other communications delivered by Winnie Anderson (referred to as “coach”) as well as the information on this website and in her podcasts, videos, blog posts, and other content she or guest contributors share are meant to help you identify the areas in your life, your business, your thinking, and your behavior that may be limiting your effectiveness and keeping you from achieving your goals.
However, coaching is not professional mental health care. It is also not professional legal, financial, technical, or business advice. If you are in distress or fearful it’s strongly recommended you seek out the appropriate expert help including calling 911 if you’re in an emergency situation.
Coaching is not professional therapy.
Knowing that, by obtaining coaching services from Winnie Anderson and her team you confirm that you have read and agree to each statement below and that you want to proceed.
You understand that…
…the coaching services you receive from your coach are not a substitute for mental health counseling and are not meant to diagnose or treat a mental health or physical health problem, a family or business relationship problem, medical conditions; legal, financial, or tax problems; or any specific business area that requires a specific expertise.

…for legal purposes your coaching services will be considered as being provided in the State of New York.

…You understand that your coach will protect your information as confidential unless you state otherwise in writing.
