One of the things many solo professionals deal with is low self worth and self-esteem and often we suffer without fully realizing it.
We were pretty confident and we may have even been courageous at times in our former corporate or organizational lives.
But out on our own where we can feel exposed and we may struggle with issues like imposter syndrome and what my friend Sandi Massori calls “who-am-I-itis” this can prove debilitating, disempowering, and ultimately can keep us from the success we dream of and deserve.
I’ve struggled with this myself and I’ve had clients who were held back by this, as well as colleagues, and friends. I knew this was going to be an ongoing issue for me to address on the show because I think dealing with this takes courage and once you HAVE dealt with it you’ll find yourself bravely taking the steps you need to take to position and presell yourself so you can profit from your expertise.
And that’s why I’m excited to bring you today’s guest.
