Welcome to the Courageous Entrepreneur Show. This is the show that shares information and inspiration to help you stand out when you hate standing out, sell your services even though you hate selling, and create the thriving, successful business you dream of and deserve.

The show features interviews with entrepreneurs who’ve overcome amazing challenges to create success on their terms and experts who share insight and practical information to help you move forward with courage, confidence, and clarity.

The show is available in both video and audio formats on a variety of platforms including Apple Podcasts, I Heart Radio, in the Google Play store, on You Tube and here on my website.

If you like what you hear I hope you’ll share the show with others and I hope you’ll decide to become a fan of the show on my site at Winnie Anderson.com/fans. When you do you’ll get episodes delivered right to your inbox along with information, tips, and resources to help you – the introverted, mission-driven entrepreneur — consistently move forward to reach your biggest goals.

As I was editing this episode, a saying popped into my head – “all who wander aren’t lost.”

That’s because today’s guest, RL Chance has been on quite a journey. His story is a great inspiration and he shares some excellent tips and strategies to help you recognize that while you might wander at times you’re not really lost either.

Randrick Chance – who goes by Chance – is a US citizen by way of the Caribbean. He’s a Navy veteran who won many awards during his tenure. After a spiritual awakening he left the Navy and transitioned to the nonprofit sector and a career in humanitarian relief. A career that took him to more than 26 countries and 6 continents.

Chance divides his time among his duties as pastor to two churches and his work as an implementation strategist with entrepreneurs. He works with entrepreneurs to monetize their skills including helping them publish their platform building books.

Listen in as Chance shares:

  • Why he says success is predictable and how to make it happen
  • Why failure is also predictable and how that’s likely to occur so you can avoid it
  • The #1 thing that he says will completely sabotage your success

And he gives his insight on the 8 strategic actions all entrepreneurs need to take

As always, listen all the way to the end where I’ll share your cocktail exercise and action step for this episode.
